Job Description
Join Continental's Data & Customer Solutions IT team as a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to design, build, deploy, and support scalable Salesforce solutions, with a focus on DevOps and release management.
Requirements
- Academic degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
- Multiple years of experience in Salesforce development, DevOps, or release engineering
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and configuration
- Experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using Azure DevOps, Git, and SFDX/sf CLI
- Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment concepts, including metadata, environments, Apex tests, dependencies, and rollback procedures
- Good scripting and automation skills in PowerShell, Bash or Python
- Experience with quality controls such as automated tests, static analysis, and PR policies
- Knowledge of authentication and secrets management
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Professional working proficiency in English
