We are looking for a motivated and empowered Service Technician to join our team at our beautiful Authentix Huber Heights residential apartment community in Huber Heights, OH.
Requirements
- Provide above and beyond customer service and an unmatched level of personal attention to residents
- Address resident's service needs and help maintain facility operations
- Prepare apartment homes for rent by performing various repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry wall, building exteriors, painting, and appliances
