Job Description
ContourGlobal, a KKR Company, is seeking a Development Associate to lead cross-functional project teams and drive progress in utility-scale renewable energy projects. The role involves managing timelines, ensuring accountability, and making informed recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Environmental Science, Economics, Renewable Energy, or related field
- 3–5 years of renewable energy industry experience
- Demonstrated ability to self-direct and lead project teams
- Proven ability to manage resources, teams, deliverables
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a structured, logical approach to decision-making
- Ability to succeed in an organization with evolving processes and help build and improve systems as the team grows
- Familiarity with U.S. ISO/RTO markets (ERCOT, CAISO, SPP, PJM, MISO, NYISO)
- Willingness to travel ~25% of the time
