The HR Coordinator is responsible for delivering high-quality HR operational support, focusing on providing excellent service delivery through standardized processes and supporting the organization's transition to increased self-service adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
Requirements
- Follow standardized global processes for key HR activities and execute these within agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Manage employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits administration, leave management, and global mobility processes.
- Maintain accurate employee data in D365HR and other HR systems.
- Process payroll input, resolve errors, and act as the first point of contact for payroll-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support HR Centre of Excellence activities, such as Global Reward cycle activities, Partner Reward issues, and compliance reporting requirements.
