Local Security Operations Supervisor (LSOC Supervisor)

The Local Security Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day security monitoring and response activities of the company’s Local Security Operations Center (LSOC) in Colombia. The role oversees a local team and ensures effective monitoring of alarms, incidents, and emerging risks affecting company operations and employees in the region.

Requirements

• Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC/GSOC) or security monitoring environment.
• Previous experience supervising or coordinating operational security teams.
• Strong understanding of incident response, risk monitoring, and crisis communication.
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus.
• Experience working with security technologies including CCTV systems, access control, alarm monitoring platforms, and incident management tools.
• Ability to operate effectively under pressure and make timely operational decisions.
