Big Data Team Leader

ControlUp is a leader in DEX, unifying digital employee experience and IT operations into one powerful platform. We're looking for a hands-on, delivery-focused Team Lead to build and lead a full stack data oriented team responsible for developing our DEX platform.

Requirements

• 3+ Years experience as a team lead or senior engineer with leadership responsibilities
• 6+ Years experience as a full stack developer with strong backend orientation
• Proven experience in building systems involving data pipelines, APIs, and web applications
• Strong technical design, system architecture, and debugging skills
• Experience with agile methodologies and hands-on involvement in planning and delivery
