Patient Support Specialist - Dutch Speaker

Convatec is seeking a Patient Support Specialist – Ostomy Care Benelux to provide expert advice, empathy, and practical solutions to ostomates in the Benelux region.

Requirements

• Minimum MBO working and thinking level
• Affinity with healthcare, patient contact, and/or medical supplies
• Excellent command of the Dutch language
• French is an advantage (or willingness to learn it – training will be provided)
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• An accurate, service-oriented, and analytical work attitude
