Senior Manager, Production

Convatec is seeking a Senior Manager, Production to lead the Production, Maintenance, and Project Engineering departments in Reynosa, Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the competitiveness and continuous improvement of operations, developing the cooperation and competencies of the management team, and preparing plans and objectives for the Operations function.

Requirements

• Production experience
• Knowledge of FDA QSR's, GMP's, and ISO 13485 or similar regulations
• Leadership and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with commonly used computer software packages and ERP systems
• Fluent English language skills
