Requirements
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring a strong client base
- Educate clients through participation in trade shows and conducting impactful product demonstrations
- Proactively generate potential leads for future sales opportunities.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking and reporting sales activities.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve collective goals.
- Achieve personal sales targets, incorporating a comprehensive range of products/services within identified markets.
- Develop enduring client relationships that inform product, price, and service strategies.
- Coordinate the use of organizational resources, providing value-added services such as in-service education programs.
- Demonstrate efficient Key Account Management and channel partner management.
- Contribute to major promotions, new product launches, and marketing initiatives
- Organize technical and educational meetings for customers and patients periodically
- Build and execute an educational calendar to support healthcare professionals, distributor partners, and patients
- Support the exploration of new market opportunities in designated territories
- Provide guidance and training to junior sales professionals as needed
- Deliver technical advice to the sales group when required
- Submit accurate and timely sales reports
- Independently prepare compelling sales presentations
