Convene Hospitality Group is seeking a People & Culture Manager to join their team in New York City. The ideal candidate will be a culture-builder who understands the importance of employee relations and operational excellence. They will partner with the Director of P&C to identify trends that shape the company's strategy and deliver data-driven solutions to fuel growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years as a hands-on people generalist
• Demonstrated quantitative success as an HR Business Partner in a high-growth environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
