Optimax Energy, a young and international team in Leipzig, is seeking a People & Culture Manager to support the recruitment and onboarding process, optimize HR processes, develop personnel strategy, and implement employer branding initiatives. Requirements
- Completed studies in economics or humanities
- Passion for recruiting and HR and min. 2-3 years of experience
