As a practitioner in the Corporate HR area, you will support the development of tools for anchoring DEI in the Heraeus Group, create e-learning modules, and develop an Inclusive Behavior Guide.

Requirements

• Current studies in the field of social sciences, psychology, business administration or a comparable qualification
• Interest and basic knowledge in the area of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
• Experience in creating e-learning and training materials is an advantage
• Well-developed communication and organizational skills paired with very good German and English skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks at the same time
