We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bid Specialist Lead to join our Solution Sales team. The successful candidate will drive through opportunities and propositions in this key vertical, working closely with the Sales team, Pre-sales and Professional services teams and our chosen vendors/partners to own and create proposals to a high standard.
Requirements
- GCSE Maths and English
- Proven track record of providing high level administrative support
- Use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word etc.)
- Experience providing accurate forecasting using CRM
- Strong attention to detail
- Extremely organised and efficient
- Outstanding attention to detail and commercial knowledge
- Knowledge to articulate a solution to multiple stakeholders
- Experience of working on multiple opportunities at the same time, from qualification to proposal submission
- Experience of Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)
- Understanding of technology
- Demonstratable experience of best practice in bid writing
- General administration experience in a busy office
