The Director, Marketing Operations is responsible for driving marketing strategies and tactics to advance the growth of the business with particular emphasis on the intersection of sales and marketing strategies and tactics. The role will develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics to generate leads, expedite the sales cycle, and elevate the brand.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in related field
- 7+ years of work experience developing and executing marketing strategies and tactics, data analysis, and reporting
- Expertise in digital marketing best practices and the latest digital analytics toolsets
- Experience with CRM software and a demonstrated ability to improve CRM reporting to inform marketing strategies
- A track record of success optimizing lead generation, lead advancement, and improving SEO
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to generate and interpret data to inform deliverables and meet goals
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., for content generation, segmentation, automation) to drive measurable marketing outcomes
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
