Job Description
CookUnity is a platform that connects chefs with customers, delivering fresh meals. We're expanding beyond delivery and seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to improve client experience and solve day-to-day issues.
Requirements
- Handle inbound customer requests and solve issues
- Address time-sensitive issues, such as payments, account questions, and delivery issues
- Develop expertise in CookUnity's product and services
- Process orders, forms, and subscription requests
- Escalate critical cases to CX Supervisor
