Requirements
- 2+ years of previous administrative or project management experience in a startup environment
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
- Strong time management skills, ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High-energy, self-starter who has the initiative to function autonomously, anticipate needs, and prioritize responsibilities
- Proven ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be proficient with computer systems
