The Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for the New Hire and Onboarding Process, including developing and managing new hire orientation and Onboarding Processes, and establishing effective working relationships. They will manage new hires from offer stage through their onboarding and work with training teams and team leads to complete orientation reviews and surveys. The role requires strong organizational skills, computer skills, and the ability to work with others.
