Join COOP Ivry Habitat as a SECTOR RESPONSIBLE (CHARGED OF PROXIMITY) H/F and actively participate in our mission to manage a rich and diversified portfolio of 6,400 homes.

Requirements

• Supervise a team of caretakers on a portfolio sector
• Guarantee the quality of service provided to tenants
• Ensure daily work organization
• Determine objectives and evaluation methods
• Organize information, communication, and objective realization modalities
• Check and control personnel regarding the effective wearing of PPE and respect for safety rules
• Manage technical complaints from tenants
• Prepare and establish a technical intervention request (Work Order)
• Follow and control all technical service providers
• Welcome, listen, provide answers, and ensure the follow-up of tenant complaints
• Ensure social vigilance on the city and be a force for proposal to prevent conflict situations
• Diagnose and establish on simple sinistres
• Organize technical vigilance at the level of your team
• Ensure a portfolio vigilance function and conduct a regular maintenance tour
• Participate in the definition of GE/GR needs
• Control the preventive maintenance services performed by companies
• Establish a technical intervention request (Work Order) corresponding to corrective maintenance of installations
• Check invoices, companies, corresponding to commitments made
• Ensure squat management
• Perform complaint deposits
