Requirements
- Technical condition monitoring of estates
- Follow-up of complaints filed by tenants, caretakers, and friends
- Accidents (DDE or structural order)
- Works carried out on GEP and GENP own funds and on town subventions
- Treatment of work orders and invoices in collaboration with the technical secretariat
- Replacing colleagues' construction site supervisors during their absences
