Job Description
The Collections Specialist is responsible for performing day-to-day collections activities within the Order-to-Cash process for CooperCompanies' North America entities, ensuring timely follow-up on past-due accounts, accurate documentation, and compliance with company policies and SOX requirements. This role focuses on transactional activities, including contacting customers for payment, resolving basic disputes, and updating account information.
