The IT Operations Analyst will ensure operational IT related service needs are delivered while following all security and compliance procedures. They will identify problems, devise, and deliver proactive solutions to enhance quality of service and to prevent future problems.
Requirements
- Identify problems and devise solutions to enhance quality of service
- Support implementation of regional and global IT projects
- Administer enterprise class IT systems and tools
- Assess need for system reconfigurations and make recommendations
- Create and maintain knowledge documents and usage guides
- Develop and deliver user training
- Promote user adherence to IT policies
- Collaborate with specialized teams and third-party partners
- Provide onsite and remote Service Management support functions
- Procure, install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot client computing hardware and software
