As a technically savvy IT professional, you will play a pivotal role in enabling 24/7 quality support by monitoring IT enterprise applications and infrastructure. The role is both challenging and rewarding, offering lots of opportunities for development in your career.
Requirements
- Monitor enterprise infrastructure health using industry leading monitoring solutions.
- Stay vigilant for and respond to cyber security threats to protect our systems and data.
- Investigate and respond to systems and security incidents, mitigating potential impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide timely resolution on priority incidents.
- Centralize communication with key stakeholders providing accurate status updates.
- Support the regular maintenance and updates support a stable and secure infrastructure.
- Continuously work to improve standard processes and documentation for quality work.
- Provide end user support outside of regular business hours.
- Work in a shift-based schedule, typically 3 days on and 3 days off, to provide 24/7 coverage.
