Manager, Change Management

This role focuses on the people side of change, preparing and supporting employees to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems, and technology. Partners with stakeholders and teams to develop and implement change management strategies.

Requirements

• Partners with program and site level Stakeholders, Leaders, Sponsors and cross-functional business/technical teams locally and globally.
• Develops and implements change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of required changes.
• Acts as a coach for senior leaders and executives to help them fulfill the critical role as a change management sponsor.
• Provides support and coaching for people managers and supervisors to help their teams through the transition of change.
• Assigns and tracks tasks and activities to functional peer groups, people managers and staff aligned with the change management tactical plan.
• Oversees project training and communications plans to ensure it aligns with Change Management design principles.
• Acts in a self-directed, accountable way when completing tasks; willing to take initiative and manage responsibilities independently while meeting timelines.
