Job Description
As a Senior Accountant, Technical Accounting, you will assist in the preparation of all external financial reporting, including 10-K’s/10-Q’s, earnings releases, and proxy statement filings. You will also develop and maintain accounting policies, and design and implement internal controls over financial reporting.
Requirements
- Research and communicate technical accounting matters
- Update accounting policies to reflect changes in SEC/GAAP regulations and SOX 404 requirements
- Implement and monitor significant new accounting pronouncements
- Prepare external financial reporting
- Coordinate information gathering process
- Review XBRL interactive data files
