Requirements

• High school diploma or high school equivalency diploma
• 4 years of full-time direct care experience in behavioral health
• 1 year of training or experience in vocational rehabilitation and support
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card by the AZ Department of Public Safety
• TB Test clearance
• Reliable transportation
• Valid AZ Driver's License with state minimum insurance coverage
