Bachelor's degree in Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Rehabilitation, Social Services, Psychology, or a related field, 2 years of direct care experience, and 1 year of experience providing employment/rehabilitation-related services and support to individuals with disabilities
Employment Specialist
Requires high school diploma, 1-year experience in behavioral health, and satisfactory work record
ACT Employment Specialist
High school diploma or equivalent, 4 years of behavioral health experience, 1 year of vocational rehabilitation and support experience, and Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
Behavioral Health Technician (BHT)
HS diploma/GED plus 2–3 years of behavioral health experience, OR Associate degree plus 1–2 years of behavioral health experience, OR Bachelor’s degree (related or non-related) plus 1 year of behavioral health experience
Behavioral Health Tech (BHT) - Pool / PRN Program
HS diploma or GED required. 2-4 yrs behavioral health experience. DBT training and clearance required. Must be 21+ and meet flexibility requirements

High school diploma or GED, 1 year of experience in behavioral health, rehabilitation or employment services, satisfactory work record, and successful completion of Copa’s training program
