Job Description
Copa Health is seeking a Case Worker to join its Integrated Care Team. The ideal candidate will have a high school degree and 4+ years of experience in behavioral health, or a bachelor's degree in a related field with 1+ year of experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred. As a Case Manager, you will help individuals manage chronic medical and psychiatric conditions while supporting their recovery journey.
Requirements
- High School degree required
- Minimum 4 years of experience in behavioral health and SMI
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with 1 year of related experience
- AZ valid Driver's License
- Vehicle with state minimum insurance coverage
- Meet Copa Health company driving requirements and safety sensitive requirements
