Job Description
Calling All Direct Support Professionals/Caregivers! Make a Difference. Grow Your Career. Thrive at Copa Health! We are hiring full-time Caregivers/Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join the Area Agency on Aging (AAoA) team, providing essential short-term support for elderly clients and individuals with developmental disabilities (DDD).
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical at the time of hire
- Completion of Copa's training program
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card and pass other required background checks
- Valid Arizona Driver's License
- 39-month Motor Vehicle Record
- Proof of insurance and vehicle registration
