Rehabilitation Specialist West Valley

This job is responsible for working within a multi-disciplinary care team to provide rehabilitation services to participants that include a focus on gaining competitive employment and/or engaging in psychosocial rehabilitation activities or educational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Rehabilitation, Social Services, Psychology, or a related field
• Two (2) years of direct care experience
• High school diploma or GED and six (6) years of full-time direct care experience
• One (1) year of experience providing employment/rehabilitation-related services and support to individuals with disabilities
• Reliable transportation, valid AZ Driver’s License with state minimum insurance coverage and ability to meet and maintain Copa Health’s acceptable driving requirements
• TB test clearance
• Fingerprint clearance card issued by the AZ Department of Public Safety or eligible to receive one within eight (8) weeks of hire
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) speaking preferred
