Job Description
Copa Health is seeking compassionate and dependable Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join their Pool/PRN Program. This flexible role provides coverage to Community Living Programs and Copa Voyager Youth Center, supporting both youth ages 14-17 and adults in residential and structured settings. BHTs will provide direct care, supervision, and behavioral support to members with behavioral health needs.
Requirements
- Provide direct care, supervision, and behavioral support.
- Implement individualized treatment and behavioral plans.
- Engage members in daily living activities, skill-building exercises, and recreational opportunities.
- Ensure safety and compliance with program expectations and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with team members and clinical staff.
- TB test clearance and Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
