Requirements
- Requires a high school diploma or GED
- Must have one-year experience in behavioral health, rehabilitation, or employment services
- Satisfactory work record as determined by the People First/Human Resources Department
- Successful completion of Copa's training program
- Must have a fingerprint clearance card issued by the AZ Department of Public Safety or be eligible to receive one within eight (8) weeks of hire
- Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening
- TB Test clearance required at the time of hire and annually
- Must be an authorized driver, which includes a valid AZ Driver's License, state minimum insurance coverage and the ability to meet and maintain Copa Health's acceptable driving requirements
