Job Description
The Vice President of Capital Markets will be a senior leader within the finance team, overseeing investor relations, managing investment performance reporting, and driving equity sourcing strategies. The successful candidate will bring an established network of capital partners, the ability to raise equity for new ventures, and the skills to structure innovative financing solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate capital markets, investment banking, or private equity.
- Proven track record of raising equity and sourcing debt capital for large-scale real estate investments.
- Demonstrated success in cultivating and maintaining strong investor and lender relationships.
- Leadership experience managing and developing junior professionals.
