Job Description
The Float Program Manager and Career Coach is responsible for maintaining program operations, recruiting, mentoring, and building relationships with Hospital Client Executives and Staff. This role requires adaptability, enthusiasm, and a commitment to health care delivery. The position is a key link between the program and the client, ensuring program success and maximizing return on investment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-2+ years of work experience strongly preferred
- Passion for student teaching, mentoring, and development
- Strong project and people management skills
- Recruitment experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Available to participate in trainings
