Job Description
The Float Workforce Development Program Manager will independently manage health and wellness programs at Health Scholar sites. This role focuses on supporting student recruitment, maintaining program operations, and building relationships with internal teams and clients. Requirements
- Actively recruit and ensure a strong pipeline of diverse Health Scholar candidates.
- Provide direct supervision to program participants (50-200).
- Manage and improve program operations at client site.

- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses on program metrics.
