Customer Service Representative II will be responsible for managing customer relationships, order management, expediting and delivery schedules, and after-sales support. What You Will Do

The main duties of the Customer Service Representative II include receiving and responding to customer inquiries, managing mailboxes, processing orders, checking pricing discrepancies, and coordinating with customers, sales representatives, and materials departments. The role also involves expediting and delivering critical and past due orders, handling customer inquiries on warranty, claims, and returns, and processing RMA requests and credit claims.
