Customer Service Representative

Role Overview

Manage customer service for defined customers within the region, according to agreed service levels and defined business processes. Act as communication coordinator from the Service Centre towards assigned customers.

What You Will Do

Manage customer order entry, customer backlog, and communication with customers. Resolve discrepancies with outgoing deliveries, manage customer returns/RMA, and create reports for customers.
