
Job description
Provide frontline service to customers, deliver quality customer service, and perform back office functions. Contribute to branch's deposit growth and cross-selling of products.
Take proactive actions to prevent fraud, manage cost control, perform daily branch activities, and ensure accuracy in day-end balancing. Provide efficient customer service, attend to customer inquiries, and maintain good rapport with internal and external customers.
Ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment. Must be able to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
