Project Coordinator

Role Overview

The Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting effective project management by overseeing end-to-end coordination and ensuring the timely delegation of information to meet the needs of internal stakeholders. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support, contributing to the successful delivery of both Project and Educational Services.

What You Will Do

Gather all information needed for a project assigned as per work instruction or scope of work and execute as necessary. Provide reports such as exit reports, certificates, forecast and other project delivery support documents. Build relationship with Project Lead, Contractors, Field Service Technician, Sales personnel, Customers, technical support, project engineers, customer service, and all involved parties to facilitate successful deliver of projects.

Requirements

• Graduate of any 4-year business discipline course
• At least 1-year experience in project coordination/administration, collections and customer service is required
• Experience gained from supply chain, engineering and manufacturing related business, plant operations is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Attention to details and strong organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and other Business Systems and Tools
• Prior experience with QuickBase is a plus
• Ability to make decisions in solving issues and concerns
• Ability to assume cross-trained function in the event of low utilization
• Ability to assume back up functions in the event of skills and capacity constraints
• Ability to build long lasting relationships with internal and external customers
