5 to 10 years of professional experience in energy project financing, including closing tax equity transactions, Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA is a plus

10+ years of experience in Data Center Design, Professional Engineer (PE) license, and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering
Counsel, Development
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant energy experience, in-house counsel experience preferred
Senior Manager, Origination (Commodity Supply)
7-10 years of experience in trading, structuring, or origination within gas and power, deep understanding of gas and power markets, successful track record in sourcing, negotiating, and closing energy transactions
Sr. Manager/Director, Data Centers
8+ years of experience in real estate and energy development, strong project management skills, and familiarity with interconnection processes
Sr. Manager, Gas Power Engineering
10+ yrs power gen exp. PE license or equivalent. Bachelor's in engineering (Master’s preferred). Proven ability to manage large engineering projects
Manager, Thermal Permitting
Bachelor's degree preferred. 5+ years of energy industry experience. Proficiency in MS Office and project management software. Ability to travel up to 30% within specified office locations
Senior Manager, High Voltage Engineering
10+ years of experience in HV substation and/or transmission line design and/or construction, project management, consulting, or project engineering experience, Professional Engineering license preferred, Bachelor’s degree preferred
