Job Description
Copia Power is seeking a Sr. Manager, High Voltage Engineering to provide technical leadership and project execution oversight across utility-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) projects, battery energy storage systems (BESS), combustion turbine plants, and load-served data center campus developments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-voltage (HV) engineering decisions are consistently aligned, managing engineering consultants and contractors, and driving creative solutions for substations and interconnection facilities.
Requirements
- True subject matter expertise in high-voltage substations and interconnection systems
- Broad understanding of plant-level electrical design to inform HV decisions
- Strong problem-solving, decisiveness, and workload management skills
