Job Description
The IT Specialist will provide daily technical support and maintain the school's technology infrastructure.
Requirements
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure
- Perform hands-on cabling tasks
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
- Provide daily on-site technical support
- Support AV systems and meeting-room technologies
- Manage setup, configuration, and maintenance of PCs
- Demonstrate proficiency in networking equipment and design standards
- Coordinate and facilitate the setup and breakdown of audio-visual and IT equipment
- Oversee storage, inventory, and redistribution of classroom equipment
- Maintain asset management systems
- Work with vendors to coordinate repairs and replacements
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills
