Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, instructional manuals, and understand specifications
• Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in a manufacturing environment
• Basic math skills for measuring, calculating dimensions, and material quantities
• Proficiency in using fabrication tools and machinery
• Ability to lift heavy materials up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Ability to follow directions, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in a fabrication, manufacturing, or mechanical environment is preferred
• Experience with welding, cutting, or machine operation is a plus
