MATERIAL HANDLER

Nox Group is hiring a Material Handler to assist in and/or perform under supervision of all aspects of fabrication to support the construction industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools, and assist with miscellaneous tasks including material handling and general labor.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, instructional manuals and understand specifications
• Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in a manufacturing environment
• Basic math skills for measuring, calculating dimensions, and material quantities
• Proficiency in using fabrication tools and machinery
• Ability to lift heavy materials up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Ability to follow directions, both written and verbal
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, unassisted, frequently throughout the day
• Ability to stand or be on your feet for long periods of time
• Ability to do the following: bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, kneeling, balancing, pushing, pulling, reaching overhead, and repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers
