Accounting & Reporting Lead

As Accounting & Reporting Lead, you will be the financial backbone of our Dutch production activities, leading a team of accountants and closely working with the Senior Manager Accounting & Reporting EMEA. You will be responsible for Dutch accounting and reporting activities, including month-end closing, IFRS reports, taxes, audits, payroll administration, and internal controls.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Dutch
• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or Accounting
• At least 5 years of experience in Financial Accounting & Reporting
• Experience in leading, coaching, or coordinating a (small) accounting team
• Strong technical foundation in accounting, including IFRS expertise and extensive experience with the general ledger (GL)
• Affinity with auditing, internal controls, and compliance
• Experience in closely working with Operations, Business Control, HR, Payroll, and IT
• Excellent analytical skills and a proactive, independent work attitude
• Strong communication skills
