Global Learning & Development Manager

Join Corbion's Global HR Team and help shape the future of our people. As a Global Learning & Development Manager, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering innovative learning experiences that build capability and unlock potential.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred
• 8–10 years of progressive L&D experience, including leadership development, in complex and global environments
• A proven track record of co-developing and executing global learning strategies and programs
• Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence across all levels
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation in learning approaches, tools, and technologies
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience working with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
