Corcentric is seeking a Collections Manager to join a high-performing team within its global organization. The role will manage collections across a portfolio of high-volume commercial accounts, lead a team of collections professionals, and serve as a key partner to Sales, Customer Support, and senior leadership.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in credit & collections in a commercial, business-to-business (B2B) environment
- Strong organizational, team building and leadership skills, with the ability to navigate a complex, matrixed organization
- Excellent communication skills, ability to describe challenges and processing solutions in a concise manner
- Strong "client service" mindset and the ability to use collaborative and non-adversarial approaches in building relationships
- Strong mentoring, coaching and professional development skills
- Multi-tasking capabilities and tolerance for a fast-paced environment
- The ability to stay organized, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel at an Intermediate level or above (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to be professional, persuasive, and assertive while maintaining positive customer relationships
