Director of Tax

Corcept is seeking a Director of Tax to oversee the company's tax accounting activities in accordance with GAAP, including month-end close, financial reporting, international tax planning, and filing of tax returns. The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence three days per week.

Requirements

• Maintain tax and regulatory compliance across local, state, federal, and international jurisdictions
• Review quarterly income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740 and maintain uncertain tax positions under FIN 48
• Support internal and external audits, including Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance related to tax
