Corcept is seeking a People Analytics Specialist II to prepare and maintain recurring HR reports and dashboards, develop ad hoc reports, and support compliance reporting. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, intermediate Excel skills, and experience with HRIS reporting tools.
Requirements
- Prepare and maintain recurring HR reports and dashboards
- Develop ad hoc reports and queries to support business needs
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and insights
- Maintain and audit HR data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Support data updates related to new hires, terminations, job changes, and compensation adjustments
- Support compliance reporting
- Assist in documenting HR reporting processes and SOPs
- Help improve HRIS workflows and automation opportunities
