
Job description
Cordoba Corporation is seeking a Senior Design Manager to join their Education & Facilities Sector. The ideal candidate should have 15 years of experience in managing facilities design or capital projects, with at least 5 years in K-12 educational facilities design, planning, and construction.
Develops and coordinates LAUSD's standards and guidelines, supports leadership with prioritizing capital projects, meets with instructional staff and architects to define facility attributes, and conducts post-occupancy assessments.
The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in facilities design, contract administration, cost estimating, and scheduling. A master's degree in architecture is preferred.
