- Lead pursuit teams
- Evangelize success stories
- Lead and participate in CIO roundtables and executive engagements
- Represent NRI North America at partner events
- Provide guidance to practices
- Drive new offering creation
- Serve as the communication bridge between sales, delivery, operations, marketing, and the Innovation Team
- Use client and market feedback to refine offerings
- Shape go-to-market strategies and continuously improve service delivery
